Doug Pagitt and Dan Deitrich sit down with Dora Rodriguez who was just 19 when she fled El Salvador's civil war in search of a better life in the US. She survived the brutal journey, but many in her group died in the Arizona Desert. Now decades later, Dora is helping migrant families and calling for more compassionate border practices and immigration reform.
