Doug Pagitt and Dan Deitrich kick off Ride Week, a recap of the We The People Ride for Border Policy and Immigration Reform. They talk training tips for a cross-country cycling trip (spoiler alert: it's more doable than you'd think), why having the right bike seat is critical, and the surprising kindness of strangers along the journey.
